The 2010 Calgary Stampede…

This year’s Stampede runs from July 9th-18th and marks the 98th anniversary of the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth.

Again this year hundreds of thousands of people from all over the world will flock to our city to experience our world famous hospitality and festivities.

This year Stampede goers will get to enjoy the opening day Parade on Friday July 9th, featuring the Calgary Stampede Show band, floats and special guests.

Each afternoon will kick off with the rodeo which includes six major events; Bareback, Bull Riding, Barrel Racing, Saddle Bronc, Steer Wrestling and Tied-down Roping.  

Stampede first-timers and veterans alike will be thrilled by the nightly Chuckwagon Races and the Grandstand Show, or relax while visiting the animal and agriculture exhibits and explore downtown Calgary’s restaurants and shops.

The 2010 Calgary Stampede is not to be missed, get your tickets early.
