Although a soggy day, Lee Richardson and Calgary Centre volunteers participated in the 4th Street Lilac Festival. After marching in the parade, Lee's booth gave water bottles and balloons to all ages. The festival is held the last Sunday in May on 4th Street between 25th Ave and 12th Ave
